How to check your starcomms internet balance:

Compose your phone number as a message eg 81xxxxxxxx , remove the first zero in front of the number and send it to 37937 . It works for me.

I have been trying all these while to check how many hours left in my starcomms internet account but no way. I tried calling their customer care but they are not picking and most times the line does not even go. please can any one give me the code on how to check my internet account balance?

yes. my new laptop is on window 7 and I don’t have problem with it. The installation process was smooth and I’ve been using it for about a month now.

Please kindly extend your services to Bayelsa State. Don’t discriminate against us. I subsribe to Starcomms at Ibadan but when I travel to Bayelsa, I cannot access your services. Because of this, I have lost a lot of money and airtime. Bayelsa is a good business environment.

I wish to commend you for excellent internet services. However, it appears you do not like the people of Bayelsa State. You tend to be discriminating against that state because you have not considered it necessary to extend your services to Bayelsa. I subcribe to starcomms at Ibadan, but when Itravel to Bayelsa, Icannot access starcomms even though my subscription has not expired. I have lost a lot money and airtime because of this. Please, kindly extend your services to Bayelsa state. It is a good business environment.
