I am very sure you are ready for the event. So, I won’t waste your time with unnecessary introduction.
Today and next 3 days we will be discussing important mindset topics.
So lets first Eliminating the Negative…Completely.
I love family, but they think I’m worthless. The reason they think I am worthless is because I don’t work a 9 to 5 job. I don’t conform to their idea of what is “normal” for a working man. They only put up with me because they can’t do anything. I could fall off the face of the planet for all they care.
My friends? They laugh at me when I tell them what I do. They don’t get it. They all have their great corporate jobs making nice livings, but they have no lives. They work around the clock and pray for their two weeks leave every year.
The people I know from mosque and other social gatherings…I don’t even bother talking about what I do. What would be the point? They wouldn’t get it either. They all live in that corporate world with the worker mindset.
All of this is negative energy. If you focus on it, it will kill you. I used to do just that. I used to have days where I would give up because somebody would say something negative about my business. Today, I don’t even listen. I have too much fun running a home business (working wherever I want) to let any negativity get in my way.
Oh, did I mention that in 2008 I made $324,210? Yeah, it was a good year. Nobody but my fiancée even knows what I earned. Well, the FIRS does too, but they really don’t care. Just as long as I pay my taxes.
Here’s the point. I live in a whole new world now. The word negative isn’t even in my vocabulary. If a person wants to infest me with their venom they’re going to have to wait until hell freezes over. It won’t happen.
If you want to be successful online, this is the FIRST thing you MUST do. You have to be TOTALLY convinced that what you are doing is the right thing and the hell with everybody else. Because it’s going to be hard enough running a successful business even WITH a positive attitude.
So decide to eliminate any negativity that may affect your internet dream today.

You sound so real. For people around me they don”t even understand what i am up to, but who cares.
friends and family members do tell me that working to make a living on the internet is for lazy people and that it is no work. they prefer to see me with tie om my neck in the morning going to office and coming back in the evening from work. this is pretty negative.
I think you are right. People see Internet marketers as loafers or better still Yahoo boys. This is one of the problems we have to contend with even from family members and friends.
Another issue is whether genuine internet marketers could have ID cards with them to show the law enforcement agents.

The basic reason i decided to go into internet business is strictly because it gives me the oppurtuinity to be in control of my time. Leaving home early and coming back late everyday is a sad tale. Besides, i can’t spend the rest of my life fulfilling another man’s dream. Let alone allowing another man to control my time. I don’t give a hoot about what people say, think or feel about internet business. while the conformist diss, we work less, earn more and do the things that are more important to us. Rich kid, we are blessed…
Really the only time people will not talk either negatively or positively about you is when you are dead,even the dead at times get talked about.So the botomline, believe in what you are doing and be focused.Aterall the end justify the means,that is getting result is what matters.Please let’s get going and the Lord will prosper us all in Jesus Name Amen
The fact is that, nobody feeds my family for me but I do that .
I don’t really care about what people have to say, non can demoralize me, I rather believe that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.

You are right about that. lots of people associate internet marketing with fraud. I hope there is a way of protecting genuine internet marketers from the law enforcement agency.
I am quite new in this business and i have a regular job .I have not experience such comments from family members & friends, but what matters to me is that as far what am in to is legal and not a sin to my God , such comments are irrelevant
I always learn one new thing from your post.I lived with people who knows almost zero about internet marketing so they really dont care about what I do but may be they will if I start making good money from it.Till then sha!
Well, i,m a complete new newbie to internetmarketing that is seeking guardians from our own{rich kid}, samson i feel your pain ,if it can be called that ,about being in control of your time and breathing space.i for 1 that is coming close to my mantra,i just cannot stand being tele-guided while my precious sweat and breath that was used in whatever 9-5 job can ever be justified.i really mean it.
For me i am not even discussing it with anybody iam just waiting to do it and let the results speak for itself. looking forward to to the big bang
Rich kid,from now till 3dys time my body is really itching,i mean i need i a piece of the action.well fellow big bangers if i can call y’ll that i just would like to say keep fit ,stay calm and at the end of the 90dy period of our session .we need testimonies and compare who come tops in getting to the 1,000++++++ amt.that individual would be reponsible for our dinner sucess celebration.
A lot of people around me don’t know what I do, they just know I’m into IT, not that I care if they know or if they don’t, what would they do or not do for me if they do know what I do?
There are two people that really understand what I do for a living, my wife and my best man. Both of them have been very supportive, especially my wife.
One thing is very clear to me I believe in what I do with all my heart, I started this business because I place very high value on running my own business and enjoying what I do at the same time. Having an online business gives one the opportunity to earn money even while sleeping, if I can’t have shares in MTN, GLO, Zain, Starcomms etc this will get me what i want (Plenty of money, plenty of free time to spend my earnings and plenty of time to serve my God). I would like to say that there is no need to be afraid of the law, just do your business legitimately and don’t forget to pay your taxes. Above all, believe in yourself and your abilities and always give all the glory to God.
For me Internet marketing is first about the Lifestyle then the Mindset. It was actually the Lifestyle that made be chose to be an internet marketer. It was then a must I learn to live by the mindset.
My father still don’t understand why I choose to be in bed by 10am even till 12pm at times especially on days that I stay awake through the night online. Not when we have a family business that rakes in millions.
Several meetings have been held in my house on the issue of abandoning the family business for this so called “internet marketing” …my father hate seeing my friends come visiting with there laptops. He calls us all YAHOO …YAHOO
Nevertheless, I love the idea of working when I choose to, imagine doing my work while others are sleeping and sleeping while they are try to catch the early morning bus so as to bit the traffic and make it quick to the office to avoid query.
This is one luxury my family business can’t fetch me even if I still get to make much from it. I hate the idea of leaving home as early as 5.30am and getting back home at night …sometimes as late as 11.30am
This is why I never gave in to their pressure.
However all this is history now …they are beginning to give in.
So don’t even let that stop you.
After serving the government for 30 years i believe the only way to enjoy my freedom is through internet marketing.I have my wife support though
reluctantly as she kept taunting me sometimes with when will the dollars
start coming but with focus and hardwork i will get there.

Greetings to you sir and all Big Bangers. That is what we all face out there but I know the result will speak for itself. I am a student and when friends and families see me spend most of my time with the computer they feel I am not serious about my studies but really they are not seeing what I am seeing. Only my girlfriend believe in me and thus she is the best.
You hit it,I have become the laughing stock to them in my house, couple with the fact that I am a Corper,they all expected me to start submitting my applications to the Companies and Bank like all other Corper friends that live nearby.Infact when I got my Laptop,my Brother that I am managing with gave me the websites of all the major companies and the Bank here in Nigeria and he keeps asking me everyday how many i have submitted my C.V to but when the answer was always none he gets furious with a little mistakes and start calling me all sort of names{You know the names of course} .I know this year will be our Years to prove all of them wrong including my Bros.

We all share similar stigma from friends and relations.A friend of mine was even asking me last saturday about when am going to quit day dream of internet money and face realities of life? He said i v been roaming the net over a year now,but nothing to show But i told him to watch me soon for God wonders
It may sound absurd to people about what i do online but who cares so far it’s legitimate.l’ve not had any confrontation from anybody may be because just a dollar is still missing but l’m expecting that day and they will know that life now is not about 9 to 5 job.

I so much berlieve in internet business. I am so much excited about it. I can spend all my money and time ( day and night ) doing it.
I don’t care what any body feel about it. I have been interested in it believing God that one day light will come out from the dark.

My dear, your experience is real, but I would not have felt it much if it was my brother, sister, father or an outsider. The closest person to me, my husband who studied computer science in the school does not believe in what I am doing. He comes back home everyday to tell me of his friends wife that works in a bank or women working in his office. But for me I gave up everything for internet business because nothing can be compared to having time to go and pick my children at the right time. I don’t blame my husband, it is what our educational system has done for us, it trained all of us to become employees but some of us said no to that system. I have started making money from the net, I see ebooks and train people so there is no going back.
As a government worker,l earn some money.I’m a Vice Principal of a senior secondary school in Lagos State.However, since the very time l discovered the magic of the internet,nothing has ever been the same again- I’m caught for live!
The real thing is that l shall be doing this along side the government work without any interruption at all.Nothing is as pleasant as that,if you ask me.
Forget about the fact that money would eventualy come out of it at the end of the day; the joy l get in doing what l want to do and impacting other people’s lives is enough for me.
I like writing and this will give me the opportunity to write for thousands of people to read all over the world.
This,really, is great.I do what l like to do and money also comes through it.Nothing can beat that, if you ask me.
My family members have been cooperative so far,but l need to give them reason to say it’s worth the long wait .When l make my first $1000 l think they wil eventualy believe the reality of this thing daddy has been doing for so long a timewnow.

I have attended faint and empty promises seminars for years before meeting Lateef, “My Oga”.but since i met him i stopped and raised my FOCUS. I strongly believe that as a Man thinketh in his earth so he is.
The issue of mindset comes primarily from conceptions & determination. These two are the weapons that drive mindset to its desired destination using hard work and focus as fuel.
Don’t DREAM a dream but LIVE it because that LIVED shuts all mouth and eventually puts you at the TOP of all reproaches.
People are researched to be criminally minded and once they don’t understand or you dont do the usual thing , they will tend to see you as been lazy.
God has given very few Nigerians western culture and mindset that cant be comprehended by “others” because we are are SPECIAL and they are GENERAL who want to take charge of there lives.

I agree totally with your submission. Nobody seems to believe in me either. Somebody outrightly told me one day: internet, internet , when are we going to start seeing the dollars?. Well, their opinion about what i do doesn’t boarder me anymore.
