Reason why I failed at my first attempt

The key message in my yesterday article on million dollar briefcase is PERSISTENCE. See, I know having goal and other stuffs that I talked about yesterdays are important but from my experience and that of several other successful internet millionaires that I have met in my life, persistence is the key.

In 1999 when I got the news of internet opportunity with my friend, we jumped in and decided to tap into the amazing autopilot wealth machine. Unfortunately, it wasn’t as we expected so my friends quit. I decided to persist until I get result. Years later I was still the way I was when I started with my friends. Though I was making few bucks here and there. Some of this money I haven’t collect till today. It’s amazing right?

See it took me years to understand that the only reason why I wasn’t making much was as a result of non-persistence. I don’t focus enough time and enough period on a single idea before I jump into others.

My friend, using internet to build and grow business is good. It comes with fantastic lifestyle. Picture how your friends and neighbours and family will be shocked, stunned, and amazed as they see you quit your job because you’re making more from internet marketing than working for a living.

Think about how good you’re gonna feel when you get your first business model set up and you start making yourself a few hundred extra dollars the first month and then next month you make a few hundred more. All of a sudden it’s up to several thousand. Then out of nowhere you buy yourself that beautiful car of your dream, that you’ve always lusted after. You don’t tell anybody; you just pull up in the street, and you watch your neighbours come out of nowhere with, “where’d you get that?” And all of a sudden they’re looking at you with jealous, envious eyes, and wondering, “Wow, how’d you get that? How did he create that? His he into YAHOO – YAHOO?

How good are you going to fee when you overhear members of your family saying things like, “I had no idea he would be able to build a business all by himself.” And if you have your kids in a private school, imagine how envious other kids will be when you bring your kids to school and still have time to pick them from school.

If you are adventurous person like me imagine how a friend or member of the family will feel when they call your house and your wife said you just travel to Singapore to relax or any other part of the world. Or what if you even go with your wife and kids.

How will you feel coming back from your trip to discover that your websites just earn you extra $X,000 while you are away.

Can you see how it puts you in the picture? It’s almost like you’re living it right now, and it makes you feel special and has you experiencing the recognition you crave and deserve. That is internet lifestyle. I know from personal experience it was (and still is) imaginations like this that kept me striving for more. It’s never really just the money. Internet business is cool.

Wait! I know how you feel now. You want this lifestyle. It’s exactly reason why you opt for internet marketing in first place. It’s possible my friend. But you have to promise yourself two things and make it your watch – word from today. Write this boldly in a place where you will see it everyday:

I (PUT YOUR NAME HERE), WILL DO ALL THAT IS NECESSARY TO MAKE MY INTERNET BUSINESS A SUCCESS IN 2009. I WILL PERSIST UNTIL I GET RESULT. WHEN I NEED HELP I WON’T HESITATE TO ASK EXPERT.

You just make yourself a promise. Will you stick with this? Only time will tell.

Now you may want to ask how do I do my internet business the right way, make money and be able to enjoy same internet lifestyle. Don’t worry, i won’t leave you HANGING.

There are several ways to make money using internet technology. I can confidently tell you that most of the methods work.

1. Selling digital information products on various niche specific markets like, dog, aquarium, honda car lovers, relationship make up, general dating etc.

2. Blogging

3. Simple membership websites.

4. Flipping of website – I love VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE.

5. Offering internet marketing services to small business owners online and offline.

6. Coaching and mentoring of aspiring internet entrepreneurs

7. Affiliate marketing etc.

And of course I do a lot joint venture nowadays.
